INSIGHTS ON TRAINING
After transitioning from being a Police Officer, I found a passion in Church Security. Since 2016, I have been actively serving in a Church Security role-whether volunteering as an Armed Team Member, Team Leader, Church Security Intern, Church Security Training Coordinator, to Church Security Director. In 2017, I found out that I had a passion for TEACHING and DEVELOPING others. God was making it clear to me, that PROTECTIVE CARE and PASTORAL CARE was a blend that I was to bring in my teachings.
The content I bring is from an Authentic and RAW place of helping move Front-Line volunteers from where they're at to where God has CALLED them and their Ministry to be. Up until this point, my Trainings have only been offered In-Person to churches in Michigan. That has changed. 21 Gatekeeper has created a 24/7 Online Training Platform tailored for Front-Line Personnel of Churches and Faith-Based Organizations. Church Safety & Security Training by someone who knows and lives Church Safety & Security.

This training aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of data on attacks and incidents at faith-based properties, alongside a structured guide for maintaining vigilance throughout a typical day of service, ensuring a proactive and prepared stance against potential security threats.

FRONTLINE PEACEMAKER: Empowering Front-Line Personnel with Biblical Peacemaking Strategies
Objective: To provide front-line personnel with the knowledge and skills to effectively resolve conflicts by integrating biblical principles with applied strategies. This training aims to empower participants to apply peacemaking responses, employ de-escalation techniques, utilize active listening, and understand tactical considerations when interacting with hostile individuals
SANCTUARY SAFEGUARD: Strategies for Bomb Threats, Searches, and Evacuations
Objective: To equip front-line personnel with the comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to identify explosive threats and blast injuries. Participants will be able to recognize and respond to suspicious packages and bags they encounter. This course will provide training on conducting threat assessments, executing strategic building searches, and implementing efficient evacuation procedures to ensure the safety and security of the congregation.
SHEPHERD’S GUARD: Laying the Groundwork for Effective Pastoral Safety
Objective: To provide church protectors with a comprehensive foundation in the principles, mechanics, and styles of pastor protection, equipping them with the essential knowledge and strategies to effectively safeguard church leaders.
This course is a prerequisite for Shepherd's Shield.
SHEPHERD’S SHIELD: Advanced Tactical Pastoral Protection Training
Objective: Building on the foundational skills acquired in Shepherd’s Guard, this training offers intensive, hands-on experience and movements, positioning, and protective actions, enabling participants to proficiently guard, escort, and ensure the safety of pastors in various scenarios.
Prerequisite: SHEPHERD’S GUARD
SCENARIO BASED TRAININGS

Kingdom Insight: Mastering the Basics of Safety Through Guided Scenario Training
Objective: To provide foundational safety training to faith-based front-line personnel through a guided, scenario-based approach. This course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to identify, assess, and respond to safety threats effectively. By engaging in guided scenarios, trainees will gain practical experience and develop a deeper understanding of safety protocols, enabling them to enhance the security and well-being of their faith-based communities with insight and confidence.
This course is a prerequisite for KINGDOM DEFENSE.
Kingdom Defense: Real-Time Tactical Scenarios for Advanced Protector Readiness
Objective: To advance the readiness and response capabilities of protectors through immersive, real-time tactical scenario training. This course aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to handle complex security situations effectively, enhancing their ability to protect their congregations in dynamic and potentially threatening environments. Trainees will engage in realistic scenarios that test and refine their tactical decision-making and response strategies, ensuring they are prepared to act decisively and proficiently in real-world situations to maintain the safety and sanctity of their communities.
Prerequisite: KINGDOM INSIGHT
Kingdom Precision: Guided Tactical Scenarios-
Armed Protectors
Objective: To provide armed protectors with a guided, systematic approach to mastering key tactical fundamentals, enabling them to navigate and respond to various threat scenarios with precision and strategic insight. Through this guided interactive training, participants will develop a deep understanding of essential tactics, enhance their decision-making processes, and refine their ability to make informed choices in critical situations. The aim is to ensure that protectors are not only proficient in fundamental tactical skills but also capable of applying these skills thoughtfully and effectively in real-world scenarios, thereby upholding the safety and security they are entrusted with.
This course is a prerequisite for KINGDOM FORCE.
Kingdom Force: Real-Time Tactical Scenario-Based Training-
Armed Protectors
Objective: To empower armed protectors with the skills and confidence to respond effectively and decisively in real-time scenarios, enhancing their ability to safeguard the congregation through immersive, situation-based training that mirrors potential real-world threats. Prerequisite: KINGDOM PRECISION.

Emergency Command and Communication for Church Safety
Objective: To empower church protectors with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage and communicate during emergencies, ensuring rapid, coordinated responses that safeguard the congregation. This training will cover the nuances of making 911 calls, displaying emergency messages, communicating with church members during crisis, implementing the Incident Command System, and conducting After Action Reviews to enhance preparedness and response strategies in alignment with biblical principles and the mission of church safety.

KINGDOM FOUNDATIONS:
Launching a Kingdom-Envisioned Church Security Ministry
Objective: To empower church leaders and members to establish a security ministry rooted in Kingdom principles, ensuring the safety and well-being of the congregation while reflecting the loving and protective nature of God’s Kingdom. This training will guide participants through the foundational steps of launching a Kingdom-envisioned church safety and security ministry, integrating scriptural insights with practical security measures. Attendees will learn to align their ministry’s vision, identity, and operations with biblical teachings, fostering an environment where pastoral care and protective vigilance co-exist, thereby creating a sanctuary that is both secure and spiritually nurturing for all members of the church community.
